Who we are. The bitu website is operated by Bitu Holdings Limited, trading as Bitu Media. You can contact us about privacy at info@bitu.nz.
What we collect. If you join our waitlist, we collect the email address you give us so we can tell you when new features launch. If you contact us through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send so we can respond. We do not ask for any other personal information to read the site.
Analytics. We do not currently run website analytics or tracking. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy to say what we collect and why before we do so.
How we use your information. We use a waitlist email address only to tell you about upcoming bitu features and, in future, to send the bitu digest if you ask for it. We use contact-form details only to respond to your message. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the service (for example, our website host or an email delivery provider).
Unsubscribing. You can ask to be removed from the waitlist or any future mailing list at any time by emailing info@bitu.nz, or via the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We will remove your address promptly.
Your rights. Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email info@bitu.nz and we will respond.
Changes. We may update this policy. The current version will always be on this page with its last-updated date.
