An investigation into a food poisoning outbreak at a University of Canterbury residential hall has found that temperature records were falsified.
The University of Canterbury Students' Association, which prepared the meals involved in the outbreak, was responsible for the falsification.
The investigation concluded that the temperature records had been altered by the organisation responsible for food preparation at the hall.
