Multiple people were rescued from a house fire in the suburb of Frankton, Hamilton, on Saturday morning.
Fire and Emergency crews were called to the address at 10.15am after a fire broke out in the roof of the house. An unconfirmed number of people were still inside at the time but have since been accounted for.
Crews from Hamilton, Te Rapa, and Hukanui remain on the scene to extinguish the fire.
