Hutt South MP Chris Bishop has said multiple hospitals across New Zealand are in worse condition than Hutt Hospital.
Bishop acknowledged Hutt Hospital requires repairs and faces problems including leaks and aging infrastructure, but said it is not the country's worst-performing facility.
The comments come as Hutt Hospital deals with leak issues in the aging building.
