ACT will name a new deputy leader at its annual meeting at Shed 10 in Auckland today, replacing Brooke van Velden who is leaving Parliament at the election.

The incoming deputy will deliver a speech on Sunday afternoon. ACT leader David Seymour will also unveil a major new policy during his address to members.

The rally is being organised by a former aide to Canadian Conservative Party leader Pierre Poilievre, and will feature a stage positioned in the middle of the crowd.
